Ask me who I’d like to have round for dinner, high on the list would be Julian Barratt, one half of the Mighty Boosh.

In Mindhorn, a riff on old 1970’s TV Detectives with a bit of Six Million Dollar Man. Julian gives us what we want. He’s basically playing a very similar version of the character he plays in The Mighty Boosh and we’ve all waited too long for that.

My family loved this. There’s a great supporting cast as well.
